Donald Murillo
Founder & Software Engineer
Donald started Spike & Luna with the hope of helping teams build better software and modernize their practices. He pairs day-to-day on the engineering work, owns the consulting brief, and writes about things he likes on his personal site.
Cassandra Curcio
Project Manager & Software Developer
Cassandra runs delivery at Spike & Luna — scoping the work, keeping milestones honest, and shipping code alongside the rest of the team. Her approach started in nursing, which is why our project comms tend to be direct, clear, and on time. Outside of client work she co-runs the Two Nerdy Cats brand with Donald.
Manuel Cardona
Full-Stack Software Engineer
Manuel works across APIs, databases, and infrastructure on integration projects, with a focus on building secure, stable, and maintainable systems. He came back to development after a few years away with a deliberate approach — using AI as a tool while staying firmly in the loop, reviewing and refining what comes out so it's well-designed and production-ready. Drawn to clean architecture, reliable integrations, and infrastructure work, with the occasional homelab experiment on the side.
